Service Cancellation Policy

Before Technician Visit

• Customers may cancel or reschedule their service request before the technician is assigned or dispatched.

• No cancellation fee will be charged in most cases.

After Technician Assignment

• If the technician has already been assigned or is on the way, cancellation may be subject to a nominal visit charge.

After Service Start

• Once inspection or repair work has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:

• Service not delivered after booking

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Technician unable to reach the location

• Service cancelled by company due to unavailability

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in:

• Completed repair services

• Customer-approved service work

• Spare parts already used or installed

• Issues unrelated to the completed repair

• Misuse or incorrect service information provided by customer

Spare Parts Policy

• Spare parts once installed or used are non-refundable.

• Any warranty on spare parts (if applicable) will be limited to service terms only.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.
